My name is Joana, and I am a UX/UI designer consultant with 9+ years of experience, based in Lisbon. I have collaborated with clients worldwide on both B2C and B2B projects, working within multifunctional teams. My experience spans projects ranging from revamping portals for web and mobile (responsive) to designing standalone mobile apps.

I have been involved in all stages of product design—from prototyping to testing—with a strong focus on UI design and the creation and maintenance of design systems. I have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and some Front-End knowledge, which enables me to prepare UI designs in the most efficient way for handoff.

I am passionate about the challenge of transforming experiences into compelling narratives, guiding users through a journey they can complete, enjoy, and remember.

I also love to travel and have been to many different countries, both for work and leisure. Meeting different cultures is one of the best things I get to do.
